StingBox is Headless, but not Mindless

For Assistance, send us your StingBox Debug File by pasting it below. 

Otherwise you can find almost all the information you need within the file.

If you are looking for the MAC address of your StingBox, this can be found in the debug file as well as on your StingBox Dashboard. We capture and save the MAC address during our initial provisioning.  You can also assign a Static IP to your StingBox by following the instructions here.

Depending on your network configuration, you may also need the IP address your router has assigned and may also need to open access from for StingBox to communicate to the server URLs noted in your debug file.

 

 

You can also use the lights on StingBox to quickly diagnose status.
