STINGBOX AND ALL ELEMENTS THEREOF, INCLUDING THE STINGBOX SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  STINGBOX DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR WEBSITE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU (AND NOT STINGBOX) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.  IN NO EVENT SHALL STINGBOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF STINGBOX OR ANY OF ITS ELEMENTS, OR ANY DEALINGS WITH STINGBOX. THE FOREGOING SHALL BE ENFORCEABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

 STINGBOX SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This StingBox Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the StingBox Subscription Program and constitutes an agreement with StingBox LLC (“Company” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “StingBox”). By signing up for the StingBox Subscription Program and creating an account on the Website (“User Account”), you agree to the terms of this Agreement.  Your subscription can have a monthly or yearly renewal term, and may include the use of physical devices (“Stingbox Devices”).  At the end of the term, your subscription will automatically renew for another term unless terminated by you. Subscriptions may be terminated by requesting termination from Support@StingBox.com and following the hardware return process outlined below. The agreement cannot be terminated for a period of subscription already initiated and you will not be entitled to a refund for that subscription period.  

It is your responsibility to provide current, complete, and accurate information for billing in your User Account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing information current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, card number, card expiration date, and telephone number). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is canceled or is no longer valid (e.g., loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made here: Subscription Updates. If your payment method fails to process, we may retry your payment method until it is successful and/or terminate your subscription.

IN THE EVENT OF TERMINATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION, ALL STINGBOX DEVICES PROVIDED TO YOU MUST BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.  YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT TERMINATED UNTIL ALL STINGBOX DEVICES ARE RECEIVED BY US AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED FOR A NEW TERM.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT ALL TIMES OWNERSHIP OF THE STINGBOX DEVICES SHALL REMAIN WITH US AND THAT THIS AGREEMENT ALLOWS YOU TO USE STINGBOX DEVICES ONLY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
