Check your StingBox Connection

If you see a blinking amber light to the left of the Ethernet connector and a solid green light to the right, that means StingBox has power and is properly connected to your internal network. Finally, there is a little green light inside StingBox, visable thru the vent. This light will remain lit and green when StingBox is fully connected, operational and communicating properly with your StingBox Dashboard. If you see a red light inside, check the troubleshooting info below.

Note: The lights flash three times when power is connected. The lights flash three more times when connected to your LAN (Local Area Network). This will help you determine if you have a power problem or a network problem during set-up.
