Connect StingBox to your Network
The yellow ethernet wire connects the StingBox to your network. You can plug this right into the back of your router.
Note: StingBox doesn’t have to be connected directly to the router. It can also be plugged into any ethernet port in your home or business as long as it is connected to your network. If you plug StingBox into a Sub-Network, it will only see and scan that sub-net.
You can also use any other length of ethernet cable. You do not have to use the short cable provided with StingBox.
